DISPLAY MODEL 3D RESIN PRINTING SERVICE
BushidoFire, a talented 3D artist in Las Vegas, reached out to us to 3D print 100 display models for Indocart, a 100% all-natural terpenes extract.
Due to the small size of the display pieces, the demand for perfect smoothness, & the complex multipart assembly nature of this object, we decided the best way to make 100 copies was via batch MSLA resin 3D printing.
The display model was 3D printed in colored resin & lightly sanded.
A stencil was 3D printed in coarse resolution PLA to ensure perfect letter placement each & every time.
The components were joined together with superglue & clamped down for a permanent seamless bond.
And then clear coated in semigloss clear varnish to hide the sanding marks. This was an old trick we learned back in our Gundam modeling days.
Here was the display model all finished! We take pride in our work & we wish them the best of luck in their upcoming tradeshow!
